Brookes Design, Inc. specializes in drafting and design for residential projects such as custom home plans, additions, garages, decks and more. We use the latest in CAD (computer aided design) technology to do our work which produces extremely clean and accurate drawings.
 
When designing homes we focus not only on the design of the home but also the structure and how the two effect one another. Our design staff works closely with our engineers to provide value engineering which saves the client money in the construction phase of the project.
 
Brookes Design, Inc. has been designing homes in the Puget Sound region since 2001. The majority of our work is in Washington State but we also have designed projects in Oregon and California. We have sold our plans all over the United States including New York, Florida, Indiana, Alabama, Alaska and many other states.
